uw CS or ucla ling+cs

My cons for UW are weather (but I know Seattle is a really good location for tech jobs) and I don't know if it has as good a brand name as UCLA for CS, like I'm not saying it's bad but I'm not sure if it is as prestigious. But also, I've been reading about Ling+CS at UCLA, and apparently, it's more linguistics than CS because it's for people who are interested in linguistics primarily, and CS as a secondary major.
