Useless Gm

I recently transferred to a different panera as a Team Lead after leaving the company for a little over 7 months. The store im at right now is constantly going through different management and got a new GM almost a year ago. This GM is literally useless and i can normally give people grace especially being at a new store. But all they do is sit on their phone in the dining room on tiktok all day or on facetime with their family or friends. They never know whats actually* going on in the back or on the line and its almost impossible to get them to come help us when we are drowning in orders.

It has started causing problems within the staff because we are all extremely exhausted from running skeleton crews and doing the work of many with only 2 or 3 people. We all argue and get overwhelmed and have no support whats so ever from our GM. We have all brought up our issues to them and they always act like they are listening to us but it seems that they forget the entire conversation 5 minutes after it happens.

Our district manager never has any idea whats going on and is extremely out of touch (normal for a DM) and acts like he has a paper bag over his head.

Not to mention we are constantly out of products because no one does the ordering correctly.

We are drowning and it seems like the only thing keeping us afloat is me and my fellow team leads.

Since ive been at this store, our district ranking has also gone up quite a bit. But of course our GM says its all because of them and nothing to do with me and the other team leads who are basically the people running the shifts every single day.

Please any advice is welcome and if anything just wanted a reason to rant.
