I wish there was a cure

Just having one of those days where I wish I could eat anything & feeling sorry for myself. I live in the country deemed as most expensive to be a coeliac, and yet the options taste like f*cking shit. The best gluten free food I’ve had was in Europe, and for half the price. I wish I could just go eat out with friends and not have to be a burden. I really hope in the future a cure is developed and we can all enjoy almond croissants again 🥐
