What repetitive task in your business eats the most time every week?

Discussion

Running a small operation has taught me that the real time killers aren’t always the big projects, it’s the small repetitive stuff that quietly stacks up every day.

For me, it used to be things like organizing information across tools, updating records, and handling the same routine steps over and over. None of it was difficult work, but it was draining time that could have been spent growing the business or focusing on strategy.

Over the past few months, I started experimenting with different ways to automate some of these repetitive workflows. Not everything worked, but a few adjustments made a noticeable difference in how smoothly things run day to day.

One thing I noticed is that many founders underestimate how much time gets lost to repeatable tasks until they actually track it.

How other entrepreneurs here handle this.

What repetitive task in your business takes the most time right now?
And have you found any practical way to reduce it, whether through hiring, automation, or better systems?

Would love to hear real examples from other founders.
