Crazy Lady Hassle Me

I have a lady who is going out of her way to ruin my life. She used to work with me (F 32), she is (F 60). She is also a narcissist who, as soon as I laid down boundaries, started throwing shade. Stating "I helped you through this", " I gave you this." While at the same time, she berated my husband, who was in the process of looking for a job. She decided that it was her duty to corner my husband and berate him because he hadn't found a job yet. When I confronted her and told her she had crossed a line, she immediately lost it. She quit working for our boss, "focusing on her house repair project". After this, she planted a camera in the office after her "quitting," more like she was fired. I had reported to the police, but because there was no definitive evidence, she was not prosecuted. Now fast forward to after the fact, all duties are put on me, and the boss will not allow a raise, nor thinks I am working while 'working from home', so I quit. I decided that since my family is relocating, it is best to quit and give me the opportunity to move on, he rehires this crazy person. She is trying to log into my personal accounts, including my email and Indeed account. She has shown that she does not understand what boundaries are. What can I do just to make her life a living hell? I have thought about signing up for ridiculous things like gag items, but I want to do more. She is in the process of trying to get me evicted; it has gone too far. I'm at my wits' end.
