Can throwing up cause a bad nose bleed? I can’t get it to stop!! 25f 5’3 130lbs

I recently got over a bad cold.

I had a bad day today with a ton of stress and was unable to eat.

I finally got home and had a a bit of dinner.

For some reason I just spent 30 minutes throwing it all up, which I don’t throw up often. I think it was just because I still have some mucus in my throat and it made me cough

My throat is swollen now and I’m having a hard time swallowing/breathing which I think is normal, however I blew my nose after throwing up and it was straight blood everytime. My nose is now dripping blood and won’t stop.

Im not really sure what to do about any of it, the nose bleed won’t stop!
