WIBTAH if I suggested my friend set a reminder on her phone if she says she's been meaning to text me?

Me, 23 F, and my friend 22 F have been friends sinse elementry school. We are both really busy and we don't talk as much as we would like.

She had a baby a few years ago so she has to take care of her, witch of course is a huge responsability and I don't judge. She says she doesn't mind if I text her as much as I would like/ need, but I always hesitate because I don't wanna bother her, especially sinse she has some extra responsabilities that I don't have yet.

She eventually texted me back after a long stretch of time and we had a good conversation, in witch she explained that just because she might take a while to respond doesn't mean she cares about me any less. she also said that she has been meaning to text me, but things just keep piling up, and of course as an adult I can completely understand that, and I can understand having time, but at the end of the day not having energy to respond because you are so exhausted, overwhelmed and overloaded with life.

I don't mind how much time goes by, although sometimes I will admit I do get a little bit obsessive and start checking my phone and freak out a little bit if enough time goes by. Would I be the asshole if the next time she tells me that she's been meaning to text me, I politely suggest that she set a reminder in her phone for when she thinks about it?
