Burning oil and preforming bad

Hi everyone, I have a 2012 manual civic and I didn’t know that it burns oil like crazy. So I was commuting around today picking up some stuff here and there noticing that my car is running weird. I park for about an hour or so and start my car again and there is now a sound like metal dragging on the ground or something. I check my dip stick after and there is practically no oil. I’ve now topped it up but performance wise, it’s very slow and not as loud as before. What could be the cause and how do I fix it?
