Should I get suspicious if someone has perfect light parrying?

I'm not saying someone that consistently Paris once or even three times I'm asking if I should get suspicious if someone perfectly buries every single light having literally impenetrable defense, I am asking because I am garbage and I heard that performance can fights flow differently
