I contacted FIFA Ticketing for wrong seat assignment

I reached out by phone on 4/4 and received an email today. I purchased CAT 3 for match 87 during the 2nd Phase (before the draw) and was given a CAT 4 seat. I’ve seen others assigned better seats but for shitty games. I suspect FIFA is cheating us on seats for highly sought after games. This will likely be Portugal knockout game. Here’s their response:

Ticket category is determined based on the location and other characteristics of the seats and sections in the official stadium assigned to that ticket category for the relevant match. Seats are assigned within each stadium to a ticket category on a match-by-match basis.

Seats within the same ticket category may differ in rows, sections, or locations. A particular ticket category may comprise seats in different tiers of a stadium (such as lower and upper tiers). Seats within a ticket category may also be located adjacent to seats of another ticket category.

It is not possible to request a seat change or to upgrade or downgrade your ticket category. All tickets are allocated based on the category you chose at the time of purchase, and changes to seat assignments or categories are not permitted. All sales are final.

On Stadium Information, you can view a visual map of the stadium alongside the category options, showing which areas correspond to each category (please note that these maps are for reference only and may not be 100% accurate). The seat assigned for the purchased ticket will be located within the selected category area or, if necessary, in an area associated with a higher category.

FIFA Ticketing or the relevant stadium authorities may determine and change the seat location for a given ticket at any time, including after purchase and on the day of the match, provided that the new seat is in the same ticket category or in a category with a higher face value (only if a seat in your originally selected category is unavailable).
