The Path to the One Piece

With OP in the Final Saga, the SHs have encountered Imu and many speculate that he might take a SH or something forcing the SHs to go to Marijoa, but I’m not so sure because I think this is the best path:

Elbaf > Vira or Burn Mark Guy > Laughtale > Marijoa / Final War

This mean the SHs needs two islands before the final war and will be finding the One Piece before then as well, with Luffy and Zoro possibly achieving their dreams before reaching the red line again.

Am I off base?
