Patrick Beverley says Rudy Gobert is a better defender than Ben Wallace.

Rudy Gobert has been the best defender — or at least in the top 3 or top 5 — over the entire past decade, without a doubt," Pat Bev explained his point of view:
"His rim protection is exceptional, his defensive rebounding is exceptional, and his impact on defense is something we’ve never seen in NBA history, I’m convinced. I remember when we had to face the Utah Jazz, we were forced to change our entire offensive system. I’ve never played against a player like that again. He was so dominant defensively that we had to adjust our whole offensive strategy just because he was on the court."

Without a shadow of a doubt, Rudy Gobert [when asked to choose between the two], Patrick Beverley explained.
"I know people are going to come in saying, ‘Man, you’re crazy, it’s Ben Wallace — even Shaq said he was the greatest defender of all time.’ But I don’t think they realize just how truly elite Rudy Gobert is."
