[TOMT] A toy car line from the 90s with a figures and wacky vehicles

[TOMT] I remember the one I had was a skeleton driving a plot of land with a headstone on it. When the wheels turned, little zombie hands reached out. My brother had one where the vehicle was a lawnmower, and the blade spun as the wheels turned. The driver may have been a lumberjack but I don't remember that one as well. They were plastic, larger than hotwheels, and the drivers were removable figures.
