Remote ALL radiant quests?

I know there are mods that allow you to build mission boards in outposts/on your ship. This is great (apart from the space required for all the boards), but does anyone know of a mod that would also allow you to remotely start missions that require talking to NPCs? For example, Vanguard missions or those from Vae Victis? Flying to NA every time and going through several loading screens just to start a quest is stupid. Couldn't he be sending me encrypted messages or something? Something like: I have a terminal, I click a button, I get a mission from VV. The next button press will only be possible after the previous mission is completed. (Literally transferring the logic from the NPC to the board.) Does anyone know of a mod for this? Or would you be willing to create a "One to Rule Them All" mod? ;p
