Refi with an unexpected plumbing issue

Hello I have an appraiser coming tomorrow ; my tub backed up found out plumbing is cracked … they dug into my yard peeling back my artificial turf to only find my mainline is done and everytime my toilet flushes it leaks under the house. So now I have sand dug out with artificial turf pulled back in my back yard. Should I cancel the appraiser I don’t see this resolving anytime soon.
