so how do i get the AI to actually follow LLM instructions

Boldening quotes is getting annoying, so i construct positive and negative reinforcement to not use bold quotes, 2 seconds later it's all bold quotes

Same with not speaking for me, every other message just rambles on

Also another issue, how do i fix the AI copy/pasting for 7 rerolls in a row?
