Unknown dot on my cats gum

There is a white dot/hole on my cats gum, recently

I went to vet for my cats red gums and they gave me antibiotics for 10 days.

After that initial 10 days I went in again to dental check up that was when I saw that white dot and some abnormalities on my cats gum but vet said its fine.

I am using ointment for my cats red gums and brushing her teeth once-twice a week while feeding her with hills prescription dental cate cat food.
