Would the trifarian system work in a real life government?

With the prevalence of corruption in current-day politics, I just had a thought: wouldn't the trifarian system help fix this if implemented right? Cuz it ultimately prevents one individual to monopolize power and separates the military to the state (I believe the Pale Lady's jurisdiction is with covert and underground dealings but idk if that would be necessary in our world of if it can't be shoehorned in the military side). I guess in our case, judiciary would be a good alternative 3rd to balance out the executive and the military. what do you think guys??
