What is best clothing to makes breasts/cleavage jiggle?

My wife is plus size, with decent sized breasts, but not real big for her size (5'1" 250 lbs - C cup). We were watching Comics Unleashed and Kanisha Buss was on there and we were like Wow. Every time she moved her breasts jiggled for a bit. My wife said hers can't do that. But I feel with the right outfit/clothing hers could some (not close to the same size, but still decent sized). Also, have seen some BBW women in Renaissance Fair outfits and their breasts look like they are just sitting up there.  

So what would be an clothing item/outfit to get that would have this effect? (I'm guessing a Corset or Bodice is what helps with that?) Any recommendations (links) would be appreciated!
