Watched a movie after ages, glad it was Dhurandhar
I was never into watching movies or web series. I remember watching some movies as a kid and my favorite was 3 idiots. Then at some point I watched Man of Steel which is my favorite western movie. Never watched a movie in a theatre though, because the closest one was like 25kms from my village. Then I moved to the states after high school, and never really cared. I used to like Ranveer Singh's personality whenever he would show up at shows like Kapil Sharma's. I remember some fan dedicated a song to him that goes something like all hail down to the beard man. I remember the hype around Dhurandhar 1 was insane but never really cared to go watch it in theatres. When Dhurandhar 2 was released, I remember my friends saying how they've already watched it multiple times within a week. So I thought, I should also go watch it but ended up watching Project Hail Mary as my first movie in theatres. Great for visuals, I watched it in IMAX 70mm but didn't really like the story much. Then I watched Dhurandhar 1 on Netflix and the very next day Dhurandhar 2 in AMC near me. It was absolute cinema to say the least. I know I'm not an expert to judge if it's better than other movies or where exactly it stands but personally I liked how it touched upon every emotion and overall the story was pretty realistic. I've watched it twice and I'm gonna go watch it for the third time next week.
