Safe cheat to wallhack

Hi everyone, I need a good cheat that's safe and virus-free. I don't need anything too elaborate, just a wallhack or radar. I already tried downloading Sharkhack since it's free, but when I downloaded it my PC detected a Trojan. I also tried Memesense, but I don't know where to buy it. What do you recommend?
