BF6s Half revive epidemic

Medics of BF6, I respectfully ask only two things of you.

1. Stop handing out half revives in situations where the revived will die in .2 seconds

2. Drag in situations where it makes sense instead of half reviving someone in the middle of a fight just for them to die in .2 seconds.

PS. Please no more half revives, I beg.
