an old variant I used to have?

All black low top canvas upper. But the toe box was different. There was no “textured” wraparound rubber strip at the front, and there was visible stitching around the front of the toe box. The toe was also slightly rounded in a unique way… the toe box wouldn’t meet the ground like L… It was more like a C (If that makes any sense…) a very slight round contouring where the toe box meets the ground. . They were awesome for slipping in and out of bike toe clips. Probably bought them between 2007 and 2011.
