New white coloring on one eye

Hi! My cat is about 14 years old and has controlled diabetes and high blood pressure. We've noticed she's gotten a bit hard of seeing. The vet has said the cause isn't due to the high blood pressure or diabetes. I've recently noticed this white blip on one eye. Can anyone please help provide any suggestions of what it might be?
