Request thoughts/suggestions--TV does not see Jellyfin server

Installed Jellyfin 10.11.8 on my Linux Mint Cinnamon desktop computer. Been working on getting it to connect to my Roku TCL TV for a couple of days. JF runs fine on my computer, but the TV will not see the server, meaning the TV displays "Server not found. is it on line?" This server will not be used outside my LAN.

Trubleshooting I have tried:

• I have set mu ufw port 8096/tcp and 1900 and 7359/udp to Allow from [server IP].
• My Mullvad VPN is confirmed OFF. Besides turning off Mullvad VPN i set it to Allow LAN.
• Verified AP Isolation disabled on my router.
• Restarted the TV and cleared the Roku cache on the TV multiple times.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be much appreciated.
