Is it worth taking my fiance's brother's girlfriend to court for ongoing harrasment?

Location: Arizona I've been harassed by my fiance's brother's girlfriend for the last 3 years just about. It's just constant bullying, getting in my face and screaming, and getting way to close to me. My fiance, his brother and his girlfriend, and his grandparents all live together. It's the grandfather's house. She's just loafing. I spend the weekends (Sat., Sun., Mon.) over there. When I'm over there I go into my fiance's room and I stay in there unless my fiance comes out with me. He literally has to walk me to the bathroom 3 feet away because she is less likely to approach when he is with me. My fiance and I have discussed an injunction of harrassment or possibly just speaking to a lawyer and taking her to court for harrassment since an injunction would just keep me from going over there. Would it be worth it to try and take her to court?
