Druid professions for a mix of pvp and pve

I've got some feedback on herbalism in another post and decided to skip out on it. Instead, I want to do enchanting for one of my professions, and am stuck on doing tailoring, engineering, or alchemy for my second. I will mostly be healing raids as resto and doing battlegrounds and some arenas on balance.
