How do I unload the truck got my first inbound shift tmr

I’ve been working here for 2 years now usually come in at like around 7am and js do freight after they already unloaded the truck but my boss told me to help out tmr at 4am I said idk how she said you will figure it out. I literally have zero clue what I’m doing what should I expect
