36m bilateral leg pain only when lying down
Hello everyone,
36m, relatively active. Family history of heart disease and hypertension. Currently on Rosuvastatin and Losartan. Do have herniations at L5/S1.
Within the last few months I’ve started to get bilateral leg pain/achiness/burning sensation when laying down or sitting, but immediately relieved with standing. I also get lower back pain starting just above my buttocks that differs from my spinal herniation pain I would usually get.
It’s focused in calves and feet but may radiate to thighs with time. Cap refill in toes remain at <3.
My differentials are PAD, RLS, spinal/nerve issue. Mainly concerned with PAD given the familial history of heart disease. Worried about developing a clot. Thanks in advance for any guidance on this!
