Does this maths? How it it that my weekly limit expired before my sonnet limit? ie Sonnet usage lags weekly limit refresh?

Now after waiting 4 daze for my weekly limit to restore i will still need to wait extra hours for my Sonnet limit to restore. Surely when the weekly limit was up all the agents limits were up? Why would sonnet de lagging hte weekly limit?
