How do families in the Philippines find 24/7 residential care for adults with Level 3 autism?

Problem/Goal:

We are looking for a facility in the Philippines that can provide full-time (24/7) residential care for a 23-year-old male with Level 3 autism, or guidance on realistic long-term setups for this situation.

Context:

- Adult case (not a child)

- Requires constant supervision

- Has behavioral challenges that have already caused significant distress to people and property

- We are preparing for a long-term setup involving caregivers and possibly relocating him to a controlled environment with elderly parents

- Budget is around ₱60k–₱70k/month

- Prefer locations within or near Metro Manila, but open to nearby provinces

Previous Attempts:

- Looked into therapy centers, but most only offer day programs and are focused on children

- Researched organizations, but very few offer true residential care for adults

- Currently exploring a hybrid setup (caregivers + private residence) as a fallback
