If you're trying to do the Barraging Cannon IV challenge...

You need to kill an enemy on horseback who is riding AWAY from you and is at least 30 metres away.

I've also heard this doesn't unlock unless you are wearing a mask and also use the Frost element with a charge shot.

I've just unlocked it under these conditions
