I hate my job

I work at McDonald's, and generally it's fine. I don't necessarily have any shitty managers or coworkers, it gets busy and hectic sometimes but its fine. But the thing I hate about working here, is that everyone tells me to do something in a different way

I've been shown how to mop a floor like 10 different ways. I've been shown how to clean a fridge 20 different ways, and literally every single time I clean a grill, they say I'm doing it wrong and show me a completely different method than I was taught last time.

Sometimes it's the same goddamn person who just suddenly changes the way "it's meant to be done" every shift. I'm practically still a trainee after 6 months, and I'm treated like I'm an idiot because I do everything wrong in everyone's eyes because everyone has a different fucking method...
