Anyone able to spare a Crafters Essence Rune? (PC Steam)

Im on NG++, I thought i got another one when I did NG+, but i dont have it. I wanted to Dual Wield big bonks that will make me too heavy.

I got to the first rune tablet so i can socket runes, and no 2nd crafters essence anywhere :(
