[M4F] What happens when two college roommates fall for one another? ❤️ (Popular girl meets Artsy guy ❤️)

Hello there, I hope you're doing good and having a good day. I tend to do a good amount of YAPPING in my posts but today, I plan to keep it as short and sweet as I possibly can. This is an idea I've been craving for a few weeks now and now, I'm finally getting off my ass and writing it lol.

Okay, what I have for the two people that would be interested in something as.... specific as this idea is a love story between two college roommates. 'Popular' College Girl and a 'Not So Popular, Artsy, admittedly shy College Guy.' I know, I know, "booooooooo! At least try to be original booooooooo!" but please, bear with me. It's something I recently just fell into and I'd love to tell this story with anyone that's interested in collaborating. (Please know that if you think we'd make good partners but you aren't really feeling this idea, I would be open to brainstorming, other ideas, prompts and pairings. All you have to do is ask!)

The Story {Key: MC = My character. YC = Your character}

MC spent the first two years of his college life in the dorms. In his first year, he had no idea what was what, who was who and where was where. He was incredibly shy at the time so as soon as the friends he made mentioned staying with them in the dorms, selling it to him as much as they could, it seemed like a no brainer and he couldn't lie, it was a lot of fun always being that close to his friends, the inside jokes, the bonds they formed, it was a good time, the good outweighing the bad.

In his second year, he had begun stepping out of his shell a bit, selling his art online, doing projects for students and had a part time job at a coffee shop; thanks to some frugal spending habits, he always had some extra cash. For his living situation, the dorms were more of the same but the lack of privacy started to get to him especially when it came to his things, his paintings, recording music in the dorm room (Something he was painfully shy about) as well. Maybe it was the money he had but he seriously began considering getting an apartment outside campus. He knew he'd need a roommate but that a problem he'd solve later.

At the start of his third year, he needed to make a decision. Apartment or dorms? He stalled and stalled until it was as late as could be and chose the apartments.

I see YC as super popular, well known around campus. Obviously stunning and that helps with her popularity but she is mainly a model and a small time TikTok Influencer. She spent her first two years going from her parents house to campus. The dorms weren't for her and because her parents lived close enough to campus (say, 35-45 minute drive), she decided to go from home. Going from home had it's perks of course but the downsides of still living with her parents, under their roof irked her more and more and at the end of her second year, she really started to consider taking the small money she's saved from her work, and getting a small apartment with one of her girls.

That sounded good on paper but leaving free food, water, electricity and housing WILLINGLY was so much easier said than done. She stalled and stalled her decision until it was just about to be too late. She decided to get an apartment.

Because our characters decided so late to rent an apartment in the rent controlled apartment building just outside campus, they had no say in who their roommate would be. It was very much a "take what you can get situation." The apartment itself was cute. A little small but cute. She had her own room and bathroom, it had a little living room, little kitchen and thanks to the help of her parents, decently furnished as well. The only thing left was to find out who her roommate would be.

Character Breakdowns

MC is in his third year, studying something thrust on him by his parents because they were adamant about him following in the footsteps of his father and getting his masters in Business Administration but his love, his heart, always laid with the arts. He loved to draw, paint, music and he dabbled in writing (poems and screenplays) He wants to become a musician but he's painfully shy when it comes to preforming and showing his abilities in front of people; all sentiments he had shared with his parents over and over again which they ignored. He had a choice, to sever the relationship with his parents and do something he loved or go to college, get the degree his parents always wanted keep them happy and follow his dreams while he was at it. He chose the latter.

He's around 5'11, Smooth Dark Skin, long, black freeform dreadlocks that have silver tips he somehow manages to keep in a bun at nearly all times. Thanks to years of playing soccer and bodyweight exercises, he's in good shape, Well Built, Sneakily strong arms, hands, and a toned 6 pack that goes well with his athletic lower body and thick, girthy 9 inch cock.

Okay, for your character, like I said, popular girl. I do want to give you the full reigns here but what would be perfect would be something leaning towards that 'Mean Girl', 'Ruby' on Sex Education vibe. Maybe even a 'Valley Girl' vibe? So kind of mean but also has a sweet and vulnerable side to some degree but like I said, just my preference. She could he a total asshole or she could be extremely sweet and soft. The world is your oyster. Our world is your oyster? I'm not sure what the saying is lol.

ANYWAYS

I'm looking for this to be a cute, fluffy love story between them. Maybe my character is immediately smitten but maybe yours has a boyfriend? Maybe both our characters are initially fine being roommates, acquaintances, friends, but they get along so well that over time, feelings just naturally bubble up. They could immediately hit it off? Maybe she has a boyfriend and immediately friendzone's /guy bestfriends him? I'm looking for someone who wants to brainstorm and is willing to build this out, have some fun and write a sweet, cute, fluffy romance story.

Maybe she helps my character come out of his shell and release his music, maybe they both go viral on TikTok, maybe she helps him focus on his art. I'm open to all ideas :)

So yeah, that's the idea! I'm absolutely open to thoughts, changes and everything in between! Want them to be best friends instead? We can do that. Enemies to Lovers? Sure.
