APC AP5017 with missing cable arm and breakout cable?

We have an old APC AP5017 at work that I can take home for my rack. It seems to be missing the rear half of it though, that has the hinged cable channel as well as the PS/2 and VGA breakouts, but it still has the slides. I know this thing is pretty old, but with how pricey some rack-mount consoles are, can I realistically do anything with it? Can I source a replacement breakout cable? The ports that are on the back of the front half are C13 for power and what looks like a parallel printer port.
