Permanent move advice needed!

Looking to make the move in a few weeks hopefully (pending successful job interview). What are the best places to look for a long term car rental? Is it possible to find a car for 350/400 a month with insurance? Are there many motorcycles on island as I was thinking about buying one of these. What are the roads / drivers like? ( I’ve been living throughout the Caribbean before so I know most are terrible for both instances!)

I also need to find an apartment / house. I’ll be coming over solo, working near Grace bay & working on a salary

of around $150kUSD p/y. Looking around the 2.5k/3k mark, min 1 bed apartment in a good spot. Is this even doable? Can stretch further but would like to save as much as possible.

Any advice is much appreciated.
