Not happy living in my partner’s apartment

Looking for advice on this situation because I’m genuinely stuck on what to do. My partner and I have been together for almost two years, living together for most of that. Initially when I had moved in it was because of a pest problem in my apartment. My bf was never keen on the idea of me moving in because of the space he was living in. It’s a small basement in a house and very cramped already without my stuff. But because I had nowhere to go he was willing to take my dogs and I in.

Flash forward to now, i havent had a closet in nearly two years, i barely have room for my stuff, i have no room to partake in my hobbies and honestly, its been stressing me out and depressing me. My mom has offered to pay for an apartment for me so i can live comfortably and become healthy again but I feel guilty leaving him behind.

He’s not a high earner, i earn more money than him. He’s very limited to jobs he can go into because of health issues. And I’m concerned that if we were to move in together to a bigger place he wont be able to support himself. Should I move out anyway for the sake of my mental health and happiness?
