29 UK / EU / USA - Talkative Introvert / Ambivert Nerd who doesn't fit the mold?

Hey! I'm Marc. I'm 29 and I live near Manchester, England. I'm looking to get to know more people either in this country or who are realistically interested in moving here, because I'd like to meet in person eventually. I spent a lot of time in my igloo, but I do love a good walk! I don't do night clubs, big parties, loud concerts, etc. I do, however, love authentic 1-1 interactions or small-goup hangouts. I'm a very open person, and I prefer to be honest if I can. I try and be nice to other people (but sometimes people make that hard lol). I care a lot about those who I let stay in my life. I am prone to making 'dad' jokes. I tend to take an interest in many random things, but some long-term interests of mine are the English language, writing (fiction/non-fiction), natural scenery, and all things computers! Of late, I'm exploring new TV series (watched 'Small Prophets' on BBC recently). I'm curious about self-hosting and Linux, and I'm interested in getting back into video-games. However, I'm very picky haha, so for now that's a solo effort.

I'm open to people with mental health difficulties, because if nothing else, I have them myself. However, I do value emotional stability and general availability in a person. I'm experimenting with my diet, medication, and therapy to try and improve my psycho-gastric situation.
