P.E.A.C.E.F.U.L Life prayer method, to stay positive

"So be humble under God’s powerful hand. Then he will lift you up when the right time comes. Give all your worries to him, because he cares for you. Control yourselves and be careful! The devil is your enemy. And he goes around like a roaring lion looking for someone to eat. Refuse to give in to the devil. Stand strong in your faith. You know that your Christian brothers and sisters all over the world are having the same sufferings you have." 1 Peter 5:6-9, ICB

PRAY FIRST: Don't hide under the covers. Don't grab a cookie. Don't dive into a video game just so you can escape. Ask God and your Guardian Angels to help you, don't avoid it, let's face it head on. The only thing you have to fear is fear itself. Plus, if you ignored it and don't ask God for help, then the problems will appear and the demonic plans come alive within you or your situation. Don't let the enemy come in to you like that. Let's figure it out together, what they are trying to stop or block you from. Remember what my Father said, Humble yourself, Seek Me, and My Kingdom, and you will have everything you need.

EASY NOW, slow down, and let's take a look the problems you are having. Let's figure out what's really worrying you. Then tell Jesus what's going on. Ask Him to provide the information to you. Remember, He already has the solution. Don't let panic get to you. Take a deep breath, relax, and be still. Remember God is good, he has everything under control.Any lies and negativity, say, I destroy all the lies and break agreements with the enemies, in the name of Jesus." keep saying this until negative thoughts and emotions and chaos subsides, until you feel at peace again. It's okay. Take my hand, and let Me guide you. I can see the other side. Let me show you. Think positive.

ACT WHEN a worry pops up, don't let it spin around in your brain. Deal with it head on or ask a trusted adult to help you. Don't let negativity tell you what to do or the way your situation is going to go. They have no right or power over you, Break it off the lies and agreements with it, tell them to go and they will. Remember the little orange guy from Inside Out 2, Don't let the enemy have more power than you. You are not below it but above it. Take up your sword and fight with me. He can't harm you unless you give it to him. CREATE a worry list. For the next week, write down the things that worry you, on the other side, write down the truth. If you are not sure, then ask your Guardian Angels to help you throughout the week. They can help you the best way to combat those lies. At the end of the week, look back over them and see how many of them actually came true. Look back at the moments when God showed up for you, remember the moments he spoke love over you. Instead of allowing those curses to come true, we destroyed it before they had the chance to wreck you. See all the blessings God brought to you. Remember, God is bigger than all of them and we are strong and powerful when we command to combat the enemies. we are not weak as the demons likes us to be. How many are about friends, family, fitting in, or worrying about what others' thinks of you or the future. You don't have to prove yourself to others, you already have God's Love, acceptance, and approval, Don't ever worry about what others are thinking of you. You should focus more on how God thinks of you and how you are doing to please him, not others. They don't know you if they are not treating you well as they should. God does and he accepts you fully. Always be yourself, follow ten commandments and speak the truth no matter how hard the situation may be. Remember Elisha, when he was facing a huge physical army, but in that moment, he knew the Lord has already placed a solution, so he asked the lord for his servant to open his eyes, so that he can see the heavenly armies. With Faith, Hope, and Trust in the lord, the Lord did open his perspective, he felt relief there is a huge angelic army on their side more so than it is on theirs. in 2 Kings 6:17, if they don't like it, then that's on them. it is what it is. Remember the way the Lord has Moses's back when he was about to face the opposition in battle, The Lord told him to hold up his staff over the battlefield and don't lower it when the war is done because you will see the miraculous power of the Lord when you do believe. Remember in the book Conquer your Negative thoughts by Daniel Amen. The negative thoughts do not fully know what they are seeing when they are trying to prevent you from thinking logically and react out of fear. so when the negative thoughts tries to convince you of someone is thinking of you that way, check the nature of that thought, is it based on truth or fear? Does it really know or is it trying to make you react out of fear and misjudge someone. What is it trying to prevent you from doing? Think positive and know the Lord is good. Instead of allowing that particular thought to be the judge, why won't you ask them for the truth and see what they really say, mostly likely they are not thinking of you like that at all. It's just the enemy trying to strike negativity in you, into wrong perspective to keep you in bondage. Don't let these negative thoughts pressure you to make choices you are not comfortable with... know the truth and break off the lies and agreements with the enemy. You have heard Me correctly, just follow through with it. Use the S.O.A.P. study method. (Remember to print this out a few times and place it where you can see it constantly, to remind yourself of this, the truth as you learn about God through the videos. This is all the lessons i have learned in the past five years with the Lord. Meditate on the face of Jesus, ask Him these questions. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply and relax. is Jesus here with me in this situation? If so, what is He showing you? What is Jesus wearing? What is Jesus doing in that moment with you? What expression does He have on? What message does He want to share with you? A little background to this as I felt led to share this with you. I can feel the presence of Jesus as i write this. It's very encouraging and i hope you will try this as it helped me in my journey. I had a friend that did this meditation technique with me, where she had me sit really still, and relax. She told me to close my eyes and meditate on Jesus for a moment. Just trust what you see is true as you begin to ask Jesus these questions. Don't doubt. as she did, I closed my eyes and got really still. Let go of all the distractions, let go of all stress and discomfort. I let my mind go silent, as i meditate on the face of Jesus. I asked Him these questions. as i asked, the images began to appear for me. I choose to trust what I see with what Jesus revealed to me. I started to see Him as though He’s right there in my situation at the time i was scared and alone. I can see a Light reflecting off me, a beautiful gold and white Light behind me or on me as though the sun is hovering above me in that room. I can see the brightest white light shone to my left coming from the window. I noticed I wasn’t alone, He was right there with me, He held my hand in His, He smiled a sad but happy smile, He have a such beautiful eyes, which showed some tears, when he gazed at me, I felt his love, encouragement, and empathy. When he held my hand and looked at me, I knew everything is going to be okay. He shared some loving and comforting message I needed to hear at the moment. Any negative thoughts and emotions i was sensing at the time instantly went away, and love, encouragement and peace was brought to my mind. His Love renewed me and healed me in ways i didn’t think it was possible. Then I began to see new perspective and the way he thought of me at that time. Later, I chose to break off the lies and agreements with negativity, because i can see now that God doesn't want that for me. This brought more awareness so whenever I go through a rough time, instead of praying and struggling alone, I look up to Him and my Guardian Angels. I can see Him there with me. When I pray the Rosary, I can feel Mama Mary’s hand holding me, i can sense her presence as though she is sitting next to me as i pray, I know she hears me, sometimes she lets me know She is sending Angels on assignments to help us. My Guardian Angels even showed me some things of how God and the Angels can change the situation. I choose to trust and surrender to God, knowing he have the solution and will take care of it. he always does. Remember, if it's not love, then simply let it go, because it's the enemy that's trying to cause problems. I refuse to listen to them. with us and God, It is always Love." FOCUS ON TODAY: God is here and He'll give you everything you need for today. He'll be with you tomorrow too. UNLEASH an Angelic army. Who will pray for you? Worry can hover over you like a big, dark storm cloud. How can you ever get control of that?
