Looking at pulsed laser cleaners – what should I expect to pay?

Been getting quotes for a pulsed laser cleaner. Mainly for rust removal on heavy equipment and some paint stripping.

I'm looking at 1000W and 2000W units from Chinese manufacturers (Raycus, Max, JPT). The prices I'm seeing are all over the place – from $8k to $25k for similar specs.
