[M4F] - The Cartel Runs Everything

Good evening DPP,

I have put this one out a few times and had some initial success, but still looking to create the long-term slow burn world I'm thinking for this story.

While I definitely want to include many levels of smut for the characters involved in the story. I am also interested in continuing to build out the world and the impacts that this organization has on it.

All items are fictious and do not reflect a real place or individuals.

The story takes place in Valverde a rugged, mountainous country in Central America with lush rainforests and a history of political instability. It also happens to be situated in strategic position along major smuggling routes between South America and the United States.

Over the last several years, the Los Jaguares del Sol (The Sun Jaguars) Cartel has advanced from a guerilla splinter group devoted to indigenous land rights to the largest criminal empire throughout all of Central And Southern Americas.

The cartel draws heavily from Mesoamerican mythology, especially the jaguar god associated with power, the underworld, and the sun. Members undergo ritualistic initiations and wear jaguar tattoos or talismans as a make of their allegiance to the organization.

The leader of the organization is known only as El Sol Negro (The Black Sun), a shadowy figure believed to descend from ancient royal bloodlines. The cartel controls nearly every part of Valverde, even expanding their operations into neighboring countries and removing rival cartels. Despite the organizations ties with several criminal elements, they also control legitimate business throughout the region and members follow a very strict code of conduct, especially when it comes to dealing with local populations, elderly, women, and children.

My character:

The Black Sun

Tall and imposing, with sharp, angular features. His face is often concealed by a black, ceremonial jaguar mask. His eyes, when visible, are cold and calculating, with an almost unnatural intensity. He dresses in sleek, black tactical gear, adorned with gold and crimson jaguar motifs.

He is the undisputed leader. Elusive, charismatic, and ruthless. His presence is almost mythical and his true features and identity to only know by his top lieutenants.

Head of Operations

A striking woman with jet-black hair and a constant, confident smirk. She has a lean but muscular build, with a jaguar tattoo snaking up her arm. She dresses in tactical black with a red scarf, symbolizing her rank. Born in the slums of the capital of Valverde where she quickly learned to fend for herself, she climbed through the ranks of the cartel and after catching the eye of The Black Sun, she was elevated to one of the top lieutenants. Now she oversees the cartel's entire transportation network.

Chief Enforcer

A tall, muscular woman with short, platinum blonde hair. She has a no-nonsense look, and her cold blue eyes rarely show any emotion. She was a former special forces officer in the Valverde military before being recruited by The Black Sun to lead the security portion of the cartel's operations. Her ability to command loyalty through fear is unmatched, and she is often seen as The Black Sun's personal protector.

Head of Propaganda

Slender and enigmatic, with long, wavy black hair and pale skin. Her eyes, dark and piercing, seem to see into the souls of those she speaks to. She always wears a silver serpent-shaped necklace that represents her role in the cartel. A former psychologist who worked with troubled youth in Valverde, she quickly became disillusioned with the state of the country and the corruption within the government. She turned to the cartel as a way to exact change through manipulation rather than force. She controls the public narrative, creating a cult-like following around El Sol Negro as well as serving as his spiritual advisor.

Head of Intelligence

Fierce and wild appearance with long, curly hair often tied back into a ponytail. Her sharp, dark eyes are always alert, scanning for threats. She grew up in a remote village of Valverde, her survival instincts honed at a young age. She joined the cartel to take revenge against government militia members that destroyed her village. She is now head of intelligence, managing the cartel's network of spies and informants, keeping track of both internal and external threats, especially to El Sol Negro.

Head of Finances

With an air of elegance mixed with toughness, she dresses in high-end clothing, always looking polished. She is a master of numbers and finance, able to move large sums of money without anyone noticing. Prior to joining the cartel, she was a top financial advisor to the riches families of Valverde until those families failed to provide her protection from guerilla fighters. She became the cartel's chief money launderer, establishing secret accounts, offshore businesses, and fake charities to conceal the cartel's massive wealth. She also manages all the money related to the cartels legit business and charity work.

Legal Counsel

A sharp and impeccably put-together woman, she has straight, dark brown hair, usually styled in a professional bun. She is the calmest of all the lieutenants, with a demeanor that commands respect. She's a master of legal jargon and can navigate through the most complex legal systems with ease. Having grown up in an upper-class Valverde family, she studied law at prestigious universities in the U.S. and was a top defense lawyer before joining the cartel. As the legal counsel, she ensures that all of the operations, both legal and illegal, remain shielded from law enforcement.
