Questions about former Dakshin and Cafe 360 owners

I was reading some comments on another post on this subreddit the other day and went down the rabbit hole of Sanjay and Ajay Taxak and the allegations of labor trafficking against them (https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/kentucky/kywdce/3:2017cv00032/101308/32/). I was really shocked and horrified by this as someone who has lived in the area for my whole life and is completely ignorant to this. I read other posts on here from people who worked for them and what their experience was like, but I also saw a lot of back and forth discussion regarding the current status of these two in relation to businesses in Louisville.

So, does anybody know if they are still connected to active businesses around here? I would like to avoid them if so, but I’m having a hard time figuring out if they still own places in the area.

If anyone else has any experiences with them feel free to share, it seems like many people in the city have been affected
