Can one of you help me with my problem

Hello there I came here to Reddit to seek some advice that can help me with the things I’ve done cuz I’ve been thinking for too long .

So the whole story is that I don’t think I’m suited for relationships cuz everyone relation I get into I cause chaos and toxicity and leave , I’ve ruined many relations cuz I felt that it’s not worth loving someone cuz it makes you feel vulnerable and easy to get hurt so all I’ve done is manipulate and cheat and use them for their bodies you may ask yourselves why is he talking abt it here and proud but I’m here to seek help maybe one of you has an advice

I really can’t keep it to myself at this point
