TLDR Focused Speed Pants are Broken

With the update a few weeks back making the focused set craftable in reekwater I booted up the game again to get ahold of the focused speed pants. That in the description they say "

Don't waste your wishes on a miracle, I am better than a miracle.

I got ahold of the pants and even with almost 100% haste duration with winged leather shoes and alacrity on amulet, they are still only 4 seconds of haste. the duration is fixed.

As a player that ran accelerating lights embrace for the entirety of the game except the raids. I was able to accomplish all the content even wars minus the last two bosses of the final raid.

I would have loved to see the last of the raid and obtaining these organically and seeing them not be broken. Anyways, this is just a post to say how much. I loved haste, the update with hardcore parkour and capture the flag was the most fun my character saw besides the final update. Anyways, thank you for the best and worst experience ever.
