Guest banned from Airbnb books on vrbo

A guest booked our house on airbnb for memorial day weekend and a few days later we get a message from airbnb that they suspended that guest without saying why. the same guest booked out house on vrbo a few hours later.

Why would airbnb suspend a guest?
