What time to book Newgrange

Thinking of going to Newgrange after landing at Dublin Airport at 9:15. We will be heading towards Belfast after (is this reasonable, or should we stay somewhere between Newgrange and Belfast that first night?)

What time should be safe to book for Newgrange allowing for picking up of car. Thanks for any help.
