Were there anyone got arrested for putting a phone holder on their motorcycles?

Just got myself a motorcycle, and I've always wanted to drive to certain places in Davao I've never been to, so I thought that I should get a phone holder, and just use that as a navigation device whenever I want to visit something that I'm not familiar to (been living here since I was born).

Kaila nako sigig ingon na naa lagi daw mga "marimar" na taga LTO (whatever that means), I'm just making sure. I've researched far to the borders of the internet that I came to a conclusion that it's legal as long as I'm not operating my phone while driving or on a stop light; and if I ever wanted to make changes to my destination, I have to pull over to the side or on a safer location. Has anyone ever actually got caught just by looking at their phone with Google Maps open?
