How to love spell/healing spell?

I'm a baby witch. I just got a tarot card reading about my recent breakup and the person who read for me told me that I could do a healing spell. I want to clarify the tittle, I don't mean love spell as in for us to get back together, it's so we can heal ourselves. I don't hate my ex. I in fact still hold a lot of care for him. I just know he has been having a difficult time and I'd like it if I could send a lot of love his way so he can heal from this, and me as well.

could you recommend any spells for this? how do I do them?
