Ferritin

At what level do you start to feel normal? Got my ferritin tested and it was 60. I was thinking that doesn’t seem all that low, but now reading up on it some it seems like that could cause symptoms?

For years I have been struggling with mysterious fatigue, weakness, joint pain, constant anxiety, panic attacks. All of these symptoms come and go and seem to align with where I am in my cycle.

Hemoglobin and everything else in my CBC were normal.
